A European doctor is abducted by a guerrilla group and taken deep into the Colombian jungle, where she is held hostage with little hope of rescue. Surrounded by an unforgiving landscape and the constant threat of violence, she soon discovers that her captors may not be the only danger lurking in the wilderness.

As local witchcraft and supernatural forces seep into her reality, fear, blood and survival become inseparable. Stripped of certainty and forced to rely on instinct, she must decide whether to remain a passive hostage or risk everything to reclaim her freedom.
