Get a first look at three animation projects currently in development in Skåne. Filmmakers Carolina Sandvik, Vilhelmina Trost and Johanna Wagner present works in progress and share insights into their creative process, development and next steps.
The session is moderated by Jeanette Schjerva from Film i Skåne and offers a chance to discover new local animation before the films are finished.

Lund Fantastic Film Festival continues its tradition of showcasing fantastic Swedish shorts with Finn Fantastic, our competition for the best Swedish short film. This year, eight films represent different genres, expressions and regions, all within the fantastic tradition. The winner will be announced at the awards ceremony on November 4. After the screening, there will be a Q&A with attending filmmakers, so get your ticket if you want to meet the people behind the films. Enjoy this mix of Swedish short films, and we’ll see you at Kino Lund on Sunday, November 1.

An introduction to the world of international film sales. What does a sales agent actually do? How are films sold across different territories, what do “territories” mean in practice, and what should filmmakers know before entering the international market?
Networking Without the Awkwardness
Networking for people who don’t really want to network. A practical, low-pressure session on how to start conversations, make useful connections and navigate industry events without feeling like you have to work the room
The seminars are aimed at filmmakers and industry guests at different stages of their careers, with plenty of room for practical questions and discussion. Open to accredited guests; signup will open closer to the festival.
Wrap up the industry programme with a relaxed networking mixer at Kino Bistro. Meet filmmakers, guests and industry colleagues over drinks and snacks, make new connections and continue the conversation before heading on to the evening screenings.
