The full programme for Lund Fantastic Film Festival 2026 is now live!

From 28 October–4 November, Kino Lund will fill with eight days of fantastic cinema from around the world — from horror, science fiction and fantasy to animation, action, dark comedy and films that are much harder to describe.

This year’s programme features 31 feature films and around 70 short films, alongside filmmaker Q&As, special events, family activities, industry sessions and plenty of opportunities to meet the people behind the films.

Explore new international genre cinema, discover the films competing in our International Competition and Méliès d’Argent, dive into six curated short-film programmes, celebrate Halloween with us, or travel back through Japanese genre cinema with our Toei retrospective.

The festival opens on 28 October with the Swedish premiere of Four Tigers and closes on 4 November with the European premiere of Break Free.

And that is only the beginning.
