The belief in Santa Claus is ancient. The film picks up where the myth left off. We follow Kenneth, a lone modern-day "crusader" who desperately tries to prove Santa Claus's existence.

Ulph Degerfors is plagued by a severe case of earworm as Rednex's "Cotton Eye Joe" takes over his mind. Gradually, he spirals toward madness, with everything he experiences and hears becoming tainted by the song.
