Plumber Don and his germophobic son, Sonny, are struggling to support each other after the loss of Sonny’s mother. In an effort to help his son cope with both his grief and his phobias, Don insists on bringing him along for a routine house call. But this turns into anything but routine when they discover a plumber’s worst nightmare—a vicious, bloodthirsty creature slithering through the building’s pipes, attacking tenants in increasingly horrific ways.

As chaos spreads, Don, Sonny, and the building’s night manager, Patricia, form an unlikely team.
