If you know a thing or two about the origins of horror films or maybe want a quick overview of what happened before the 1970s, then this is the film for you. Here Comes Hell takes us back to a time where colors were off the table and everyone spoke articulately. It perfectly captures the black/white era, from editing to dialogue. Halfway through the film, it opens up Pandora’s box and movie references come flying out on full speed. From Romero zombies to Alice in Wonderland, it’s all there. So even though you might be wary of a black/white film, we hope you will laugh loud and hard because here comes hell!
Tip: a fun game to play “how many references can you find?
