Fright Night

The thought of living next door to Colin Farrell probably
appeals to quite a few, but what if it turns out that your hunky
neighbor is a blood-sucking, garlic-hating vampire? Teenager
Charley Brewster (Anton Yelchin) is struggling with this heavy
realization in the remake of cult horror comedy Fright Night
from 1985, and convincing others that their new neighbor is
responsible for all the mystical disappearances in the neighborhood
lately turns out to be easier said than done – so
Charley is forced to take matters into his own hands.
From the director of the wonderful Lars And The Real Girl
comes a suprisingly fresh 3D-remake that stands on its
own without losing the dark humor that made the original
so popular. In addition to the Irishman with those dreamy
bedtime eyes, the film stars Toni Collette, David Tennant in
leather pants, James Franco’s little brother Dave and Christopher
”McLovin” Mintz-Plasse. Whether you’re Team Edward,
Team Jacob or just thirsting for a popcorn flick you’ll enjoy
Fright Night.
