Don’t Knock Twice

Urban legends are nothing to mess with. Caradog W. James’ Don’t Knock Twice quickly learn us that. A guilt-ridden mother is desperately trying to re-connect with her teenage daughter, Chloe, who has spent most of her life as a foster child. One night Chloe and her boyfriend decides that it would be a good idea to visit the house of an urban legend. The legend says, that is you knock twice a witch will come and take you. To prove that this is just an urban legend, Chloe’s boyfriend knock on the door as does Chloe. However, this might have been the baddest decision they have ever made, because soon, what seems to be what nightmares are made of, haunts them both.

Chloe flees to her mother’s house, but like any other good curse you cannot run from your demons and soon both mother and daughter are fighting whatever is haunting them.
This horror film is well crafted and makes your thought go both to the Japanese horror stories and the more devil-orientated films, like the Conjuring and The Exorcist.
